  I tried to translate this (just a few words) http://japan.axxs.org/5542 as well as the top article about uploading a non text article.

  What is NOT clear is that one votes....

  Most people probably do not think of voting or consider what a vote will do.....perhaps someo can guess that this then gets listed as a focus of its own?

  Ok I added some non text content ( a logo) but I think the person needs to be told they can upload a graphic or video or sound file PLUS they need text. Not yet clear.
