    4月5日、G8開発大臣会合2008への抗議・申し入れ行動が行われた。NHK報道によれば会場周辺は600名の機動隊がものものしく配置されるなか、申し入れ書を手渡すべく会場に向かった。会場からははるか離れた道路で通行はたちまち遮断されたが、外務省担当官の呼び出しを要求し、駆けつけた担当官に声明を読み上げるとともに手渡し、抗議の声を上げた。
